Department OverviewInstitutional Sales Department – We sell Motorola Solutions' products and solutions to the institutional sector and government companies in Israel. In addition, the unit is responsible for selling SCADA and IoT solutions to partners/customers across EMEA markets.Our main goal is to make the world a safer place.
Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end sales process of SCADA and IoT solutions in Israel and across EMEA;
- Drive sales through local distributors/partners in European countries – manage relationships, provide;
professional support and promote sales;
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing resellers /customer relationships;
- Lead commercial and technical negotiations with resellers /customer;
- Prepare price quotations, handle leads and follow through to closing deals;
- Collaborate with internal R&D, engineering and marketing teams;
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and partner meetings.
Basic Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in selling technology solutions, preferably in SCADA systems and IoT;
- Strong technical understanding in the fields of control, automation, and IoT;
- Excellent personal and negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of the SCADA and IoT markets, including competitors and market trends;
- High-level English – speaking, reading, and writing;
- Proven ability to manage sales processes with business partners in Israel and abroad;
