Job Description

- Supervises individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.

- Collaborates cross-functionally to understand vaccine development and disease management, and assists in creating sales strategy based on that knowledge.

- Consults with the Infectious Diseases and Vaccines department and expedites scientific discovery into consumer-oriented solutions.

- Supervises individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
- Develops value proposition for pipeline Infectious Diseases & Vaccines products.
- Ensures understanding of brand strategies and aligned objectives.
- Generates insights and critical analysis of products to formulate marketing and selling strategies.
- Devises key business drivers for the market development strategy.
- Analyzes trends, new legislation, and relevant news in Infectious Diseases & Vaccines and advises on how sales strategy may need to shift.
- Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards.
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
- Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.

Requirements:

- Completed University Degree.

- Experience leading and developing sales teams.

- Understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, especially in Mexico.

- Strong leadership, teamwork, analytical, and digital channel skills.

- Winning mindset for working in a high-performing team.

- Customer-focused with strong client relationship skills (healthcare professionals, healthcare institutions).

- Intermediate level of English preferred.

- Driver's License.

- Availability to travel.
