Ricoh Australia is looking for a seasoned AV / Hybrid Workplace Sales Leader to take ownership of our national Hybrid Workplace portfolio and lead a high‑performing team through the next phase of growth.
This is a senior, hands‑on sales leadership role for someone who understands the realities of selling complex AV, UC and collaboration solutions into enterprise and mid‑market customers — and who thrives in a fast‑moving, outcome‑focused environment.
As Sales Manager – Hybrid Workplace, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a national team of Hybrid Workplace sales professionals
- Driving revenue growth, margin performance and market share across AV, UC and collaboration solutions
- Personally influencing strategic, high‑value opportunities and executive‑level customer relationships
- Translating Ricoh’s Hybrid Workplace strategy into consistent, measurable sales results
This role blends inspirational leadership with direct commercial accountability — ideal for a leader who still enjoys being close to deals, customers and the market.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and execute the national sales strategy for Ricoh’s Hybrid Workplace portfolio
- Lead and coach a team of quota‑carrying sales professionals
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline discipline and deal governance
- Drive consultative, solution‑led selling with a strong focus on business outcomes
- Partner closely with Pre‑Sales, Project Management, Service Delivery and Vendor partners
- Build a high‑performance sales culture grounded in accountability, trust and results
To be successful in this role:
You’re a proven sales leader from the AV / UC / Hybrid Workplace space, not a generalist.
You will bring:
- 7–10+ years’ B2B sales experience, including 5+ years leading quota‑carrying sales teams
- A strong track record delivering growth across AV, Unified Communications solutions
- Deep understanding of complex solution‑based selling and long sales cycles
- Exceptional coaching, people leadership and stakeholder management capability
- Confidence operating at C‑suite level with enterprise customers
- AV / UC vendor certifications and strong vendor relationships (highly regarded)
