The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Sales Manager - Government Markets, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Responsible GeM (Government eMarkets), Tenders, Rate Contracts
- Managing the business in the assigned geographies
- Achieving sales targets in the government key accounts
- Support the sales team in managing the processing of tendering
- Development of new markets and accounts in the segment
- Management of channel partners
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 8 years of sales experience in government business (preferably Medical Devices)
- Experience in handling channel partners
- Experience in working with government tenders
- Knowledge of processes in government markets
Work location: Delhi
Travel: May include up to 50% domestic
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
