Role overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our sales team as a Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new customers, and expanding our market presence within a defined territory or segment. This position offers the opportunity to make a real impact on our expansion strategy and work with innovative solutions in the hospitality technology space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand and secure market position within the designated sales territory.

  • Acquire new customers.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Conduct contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle.

  • Plan and deliver product presentations to prospects

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams.

  • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.

  • Participate in industry events and trade fairs to promote Planet solutions.

  • Ensure accurate CRM updates and timely reporting of pipeline and forecasts.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within hospitality technology (PMS and Payments).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.

  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for growth
