We are looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Manager with strong forex market expertise to join our team. You will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, closing high-value deals, and building long-term client relationships. This is a strategic role requiring a mix of leadership, business development, and hands-on sales skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and close new business opportunities within the forex and CFD sectors.
Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team across multiple regions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients and partners.
Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure an exceptional client journey.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep the company ahead of the curve.
Deliver regular performance reports and pipeline updates to senior management.

Strong network within the forex industry, including IBs, affiliates, and institutional clients.
Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
