About The Job
As a Sales Manager for Evaporation Systems, your focus will be on growing our sales in Thailand and Vietnam. You will promote and develop the sales of Evaporation Systems within the Food and Water industries, collaborating closely with regional sales and engineering teams. Drawing from your expertise in product, system, and industry knowledge, you will play a key role in creating competitive offers, supported by a global team of sales and engineering specialists.
Job Description
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities converting them to orders.
Creating competitive proposals based on technical designs from the Global Technology Team.
Representing Alfa Laval’s evaporation systems in customer interactions, industry events, and online platforms.
Providing product and process training for sales representatives and agents.
Participating in customer audits and building lasting relationships.

Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Proven sales experience in complex process solutions and project sales, preferably in the food processing industry.
Strong consultative approach and communication skills.
Fluency in Thai as well as English, both written and verbal.
Solid understanding of long-term business development and technical challenges.
Experienced with CRM systems and managing long sales cycles (12–18 months).
Comfortable in cross-cultural, global team environments.
