We’re looking for a frontline sales manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives based in Mexico City. You’ll also partner closely with Solutions Architecture, Product, Risk, Legal, Marketing, and other teams to deepen Stripe’s presence across LATAM.

What you’ll do

As Sales Manager, Enterprise — LATAM, you’ll recruit, coach, and lead a team responsible for developing new strategic relationships and expanding Stripe’s footprint within existing enterprise users. You’ll combine strong people leadership with hands-on deal coaching, disciplined business management, and a deep understanding of the LATAM market.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Establish the team’s long-term vision, go-to-market strategy, and operating rhythm for LATAM.
  • Own team-level revenue, activation, pipeline, and other sales targets.
  • Coach Account Executives across the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, business-case development, solution design, negotiation, close, and long-term account growth.
  • Develop the team’s capabilities in collaborative pipeline generation, consultative and solution-based selling, closing strategy, and MEDDIIC.
  • Help the team create and execute territory and account strategies that generate new business and expand Stripe’s footprint within existing users.
  • Provide hands-on coaching for complex opportunities, including executive engagement, deal strategy, commercial structuring, and negotiation.
  • Build trusted relationships with strategic customers, industry leaders, partners, and senior stakeholders across the region.
  • Work cross-functionally with Solutions Architecture, Product, Risk, Legal, Marketing, and other teams to develop solutions that address users’ business and technical needs.
  • Maintain high standards for account planning, stakeholder mapping, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the payments landscape and the priorities of enterprise businesses across LATAM.
  • Inspire and motivate the team while supporting each team member’s performance, professional development, and long-term career growth.
  • Represent the needs of LATAM users internally and contribute to Stripe’s evolving enterprise sales strategy, processes, and culture.
