Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in assigned market sectors, driving the sales pipeline to achieve revenue growth.
- Develop tailored commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, conducting regular reviews to identify additional business opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, logistics, and marketing to support smooth customer onboarding and the successful execution of sales strategies.
- Track and manage sales activities using CRM systems, ensuring a continuously filled and actively managed sales funnel.
- Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue targets, customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction (NPS).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic sales planning and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide input and feedback on improving the inside sales processes and customer experience to ensure long-term success.
- Adept at prospecting, qualifying and securing new business opportunities within the FMCG sector, mastering Sales Force Sales Pipeline to achieve set targets on growth and profitability.
- Highly proactive seeking and recruiting new leads, prospects and market opportunities.
- Successful in building own Sales Plans to ensure adequate execution, developing commercial propositions, negotiate terms and closing deals.
- Years of building strong contacts and relations/networks among decisions makers within the FMCG Manufacturing and Retailer industry in Denmark.
- Goal-Driven and proven success records with own managed and achieved sales budgets. Motivated by targets and aggressive growth objectives.
- Deliver on certain sales related KPI's set out by the business: Revenue, Profitability, Acquisition and Customer Satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, finance, logistics and marketing to support smooth customer onboarding and successful customer journey.
- Establish strategic partnerships with customers and demonstrate CHEPs ability to offer the markets strongest value proposition.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, social outreach and in-person visits.
