To support our continued growth in Belgium, we’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Manager with experience in automated storage, intralogistics, or warehouse handling solutions.
In this role, you’ll enjoy the freedom of working from home while staying close to your customers through regular site visits. Of course, we’ll make sure you’re fully equipped for success — including a company car that you can also use privately.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle: identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals that drive both your success and our continued growth.
Your tasks
In this dynamic, field-based role, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement—combining strategic thinking with hands-on interaction to build lasting partnerships and drive business growth.
You will:
Develop and execute impactful lead-generation strategies to build a robust and high-quality sales pipeline
Consistently deliver on ambitious sales targets within your territory
Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities in line with Kardex’s structured and successful sales approach
Design and deliver value-driven solutions that address customer challenges and elevate the Kardex offering
Inspire, develop, and lead the Belgian sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
Build trusted, long-term customer relationships while confidently leading negotiations and closing deals in line with company standards
Your profile
Proven B2B field sales experience in technical or solution-based environments
Strong track record in managing complex deals and longer sales cycles
Commercial mindset combined with solid technical understanding
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
A structured, self-driven approach with full ownership of the sales process
Experience in leading and developing a sales team
Relationship-oriented, with the ability to listen, analyse, and constructively challenge customer needs
Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders and decision-makers
Fluency in French, Dutch, and English in a business context
A higher education degree or equivalent professional experience
