The Role

Your role at Future State:

Statecraft (Future State) is a pioneering digital solution that enables online communities to experiment with novel governance models, ultimately facilitating their evolution into Network States.
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated B2B Sales Manager to spearhead our market entry strategy and drive the promotion of Statecraft to prospective clients. As the sole sales representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, creating compelling presentations, and representing Statecraft at forums and exhibitions.

You will:

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies to introduce Statecraft's solutions to target markets.
  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients, building and nurturing relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, effectively communicating the value of Statecraft's offerings.
  • Serve as the face of Statecraft at industry forums, conferences, and exhibitions, enhancing brand visibility and establishing industry presence.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status, providing regular reports to management.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or digital solutions sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong networking abilities and experience representing companies at industry events.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
