Our sales team is growing fast, and we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a team of high-performing Account Executives and help take monday.com’s growth to the next level! - 10+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience covering ASEAN countries
- 5+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience (leading AEs or closing reps).
- Proven track record of exceeding team and individual quotas.
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at the executive level.
- Experience negotiating contracts and navigating complex legal or procurement discussions.
- Exceptional relationship-building and people development skills.
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
