We are currently seeking a Sales Manager, APAC to join our growing Sales team in APAC. This role will be based out of our Sydney hub and will also involve occasional travel internationally for meetings and events.
Clio’s APAC team drives our APAC expansion and is home to product development, sales, marketing, and customer success. The team operates like a startup within a larger company, which means we experiment and blaze the trail for Clio in new markets around the world.

What your team does:
Our APAC Sales team is a critical part of the engine that drives interest in Clio's product offerings across our prospective customer base. They work with new customers to provide sound advice, offer solutions to complex problems using strong business acumen and resourcefulness.
Who you are:
We are looking for an individual that thrives in a rapid-growth and high velocity environment. This person is a dedicated professional eager to grow Clio’s customer base by managing their team to excel in interacting with prospective clients on Clio's Suite offerings. Highly organized and agile, the ideal candidate will focus on positioning their team to engage with new accounts while being confident, articulate, and sensitive to the prospects’ needs while developing relationships.
What you’ll work on:

Drive for team growth, performance excellence, and achievement of MRR targets. Develops and coaches for best practices and learnings across the team;

Run pilot projects and experiments that help the team level up;
-
Partner with the General Manager, APAC and be a trusted advisor;
-
Lead by example on issues pertaining to sales team management;
-
Expertly manage their day so that their time can be split between team management and other leadership initiatives;
-
Drive tactical and strategic ideas, projects, and initiatives across the Sales channel;
-
Development and maintenance of external presence in the community;
-
Collaborate closely with business operations teams to analyze results and see opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs;

Hold team members accountable to inbound and outbound sales metrics and KPIs;
-
Recruit team members for ongoing and future headcount needs;
-
Coordinate with stakeholders across the global sales team to ensure consistent and ongoing alignment;
What you may have:
-
Demonstrated success as both a top-performing salesperson and team leader/manager;
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience developing sales teams through regular 1:1’s, continuous training and coaching;
-
Consultative selling experience, selling multi products to new and existing customers
-
Track record of building and leading sales teams with experience in both inbound and outbound sales models
-
Experience working in fast-paced and high-growth technology companies;
-
A track record of developing people and building high-velocity sales teams;
-
Extraordinary communication and organizational skills. Ability to gain buy-in and motivate a team;

A competitive mindset.

The full salary range* for this role is $116,000 to $145,000 to $174,000 AUD and the full commission range is $116,000 to $145,000 to $174,000 AUD. The opportunity to earn commissions beyond the stated amounts are possible as commission earnings are uncapped.Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate.
