What You'll Do

As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales targets and deliver top-notch customer satisfaction. You'll be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships and a high-performing team.

What you’ll do:

  • Leadership & Talent Management: Coach and guide your team to achieve success, ensuring they’re motivated and aligned with our core values as well as encourage development

  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster deep, effective relationships with key customers, and ensure sales pipeline management

  • Analysis & Industry Insight: Understand customer needs, monitor competitors, and leverage market intelligence to boost our revenue and market share.

  • Team & Company Performance: Collaborate across functions, share ideas, and continuously improve the Aristocrat Way of Working.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Extensive experience in a Sales role

  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills.

  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to build relationships quickly.

  • Industry Knowledge: Gaming industry experience is a plus, but not essential.

  • Commercial Awareness: Previous experience in customer-facing roles with a strong commercial understanding.

  • Problem Solver: Advanced problem-solving abilities and familiarity with BI tools.

  • Adaptable: Embrace and capitalize on change with ease.
