JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a key member of the sales management team, Sales MT helps achieve channel goals.

The Sales MT works on a project basis and full-time for a maximum of 1 year to cover all sales channels and reports directly to senior management.

The Sales MT learns the business basics by starting from the field, enabling it to develop further by increasing what they have learned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducting field visits with Sales Representatives, Sales Supervisors, and Area Managers from Off Trade Channel
  • Follow-up of distributor business processes
  • Account management of a group of customers solely dedicated to the Sales team, under the supervision of the Sales Supervisor
  • Project management related to field execution
  • Executing SWOT analysis on the field and giving feedback accordingly
  • Preparing quarterly presentations to the top management about the gathered insights on the field

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduated from the relevant departments of universities,
  • Good command of English,
  • Open to learning, development, sharing, dynamic, high energy,
  • Verbal and written presentation skills,
  • Excellent command of MS Office programs
  • Result-oriented, entrepreneurial, visionary and self-motivating,
  • Cross-functional understanding,
  • Flexibility to working hours and travel,
  • Driver license B type is a must
  • Aiming to make a career in sales and marketing.
