As a Sales Learning & Organizational Development Consultant, you bring thought leadership, innovation, and strategic expertise to design, develop, and deliver high-impact L&OD programs across Workforce Solutions at Equifax. Partnering closely with sales leadership, HRBPs, and Global Talent Management, you will serve as the L&OD subject matter expert to diagnose performance gaps, build learning architecture, elevate workforce capabilities, and drive measurable business results throughout the employee lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:
Learning Execution & Instructional Design
Lead the development and implementation of learning strategies aligned with business objectives and talent development needs.
Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify skill gaps and core learning priorities.
Design, develop, and deliver multi-modal learning solutions, including instructor-led training, eLearning modules, workshops, simulations, and innovative digital approaches.
Sales Learning & Facilitation
Assess and diagnose sales performance gaps, recommending practical solutions to close those gaps.
Provide sales training, coaching, and mentoring to the salesforce, sales leaders, and sales support teams.
Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual sessions focused on organizational change, soft skills, and leadership development grounded in adult learning principles.
Reinforce established sales methodologies (e.g., Sprint Selling, MEDDPICC) during product, process, and tools training.
Collaborate with Sales Operations & Enablement to curate content that ensures timely, high-quality training delivery.
Performance Consulting & Continuous Improvement
Consult with business leaders and HR partners to diagnose root causes of performance issues and recommend targeted learning interventions that drive measurable business results.
Collaborate with members of the WS Talent Management Team and Global Learning Community for upskilling and dissemination of best practices.
Implement analytics tools to evaluate learning effectiveness, track ROI, and continuously enhance existing programs.
Continuously challenge the status quo to ensure ongoing enhancements to existing programs and ways of working.
What Experience You Need (Minimum Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in a global, fast-paced, matrixed environment within a Learning and Development or Sales Training role, plus a bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or equivalent practical experience).
Deep expertise in adult learning theory, formal instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), needs analysis, performance consulting, and ROI program evaluation.
Demonstrated experience designing or delivering learning programs for sales/revenue organizations, including familiarity with key sales methodologies (e.g., Sprint Selling, MEDDPICC).
Excellent virtual and in-person facilitation skills covering soft skills, leadership, and business concepts.
Proven track record of hands-on execution with measurable business impact.
Excellent relationship management and communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels in a global/matrixed organization.
Experience with the administration of courses and learning journeys in a Learning Management System (LMS).
Expertise with learning content development software and tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond).
Demonstrated expertise using Excel / Google Sheets to analyze data, identify impact/trends, and present insights to stakeholders.
What Could Set You Apart (Preferred Qualifications):
Direct experience in a quota-carrying sales role ("carrying a bag") within financial services, data, or technology, combined with a strong L&D foundation.
Direct, hands-on experience training on Salesforce (CRM) or other sales engagement platforms.
Psychometric assessment certifications (e.g., DISC, MBTI) or formal training/instructional design certifications (e.g., CPTD).
Experience in human capital planning from a skills, experiences, and capabilities standpoint to prepare teams for future talent needs.
Experience as a content manager of Workday Learning.
Expertise in AI, AI adoption, and AI-enabled learning tools (especially within the Google Suite of Solutions).
Knowledge of Workforce Solutions products, platforms, and people.
