We’re looking for a leader who will build and elevate our Slovak sales organisation to the next level.

As the Sales Lead for Slovakia, you will take full responsibility for the Slovak field sales team as well as overall market performance. This role isn’t about sitting in an office or working from home — it’s about being present in the field, working with people, evaluating performance, and developing business opportunities.
What you’ll be responsible for:Full leadership, development, and growth of the Slovak sales team
- hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, motivation.Complete responsibility for sales results, meeting quarterly and annual targets
Ownership of the Slovak market
- identifying opportunities, defining growth strategies, contributing to expansion and strengthening the brand.Daily work with the team
- field shadowing, regular 1:1s, feedback, activity planning, pipeline review.Setting up processes and improving team efficiency
- working with data, prioritisation, and reporting.Close collaboration with leadership, marketing, operations, and customer care
- joint responsibility for customer experience quality.Representing the company on the market and building strong relationships with key partners
At least 1 year of experience leading a team — ideally in field sales or another dynamic commercial role.
Proven sales results.
Ability to take responsibility for the budget, results, and the strategic direction of the region.
Strong leadership skills — you can inspire, guide, set expectations, and maintain discipline.
Excellent communication skills (Slovak/Czech + English)
- English is part of daily communication.Ability to manage performance — feedback, coaching, KPI control, pipeline management.
Strategic thinking and the ability to translate numbers into concrete actions.
Proactive mindset, independence, and enthusiasm for building both a team and a market from scratch.
Willingness to travel to Czechia and across Slovakia.
