Marsh Greece is seeking candidates for "Sales Leader - Insurance & HR Consulting" based in the Athens office! We are seeking a self-driven sales professional to grow and retain revenue by delivering tailored Insurance and HR consulting solutions. This role combines disciplined sales process execution, proactive prospecting and cross-sell/up-sell identification, and hands-on account/project management to ensure client satisfaction, contractual compliance and target margins throughout the engagement lifecycle.

We will count on you to:

  • Drive consultative sales by identifying, presenting, negotiating and closing integrated insurance and HR consulting solutions and by proactively prospecting and pursuing cross sell and upsell opportunities to grow account revenue and lifetime value

  • Maintain pipeline and CRM rigor, segment prospect funnels, prioritize leads, update opportunity stages and forecasts, and record actions and outcomes

  • Own client satisfaction and retention. Maintain regular client contact, solicit and act on performance feedback, measure results against internal metrics, and resolve escalations to preserve service quality

  • Administer commercial terms and contracts by preparing and monitoring engagement letters, ensuring contractual compliance, upholding client timelines and workplans, and supporting disciplined pricing to meet agreed fees and margins

  • Coordinate implementations and delivery by project managing plans, timelines and service level commitments in coordination with the Country Manager to ensure successful execution

  • Communicate and negotiate with stakeholders. Prepare and deliver client presentations, engage senior client contacts, and secure commercial outcomes with clarity and professionalism

  • Drive continuous improvement by pursuing self directed professional development, applying a metric driven analytical approach, and contributing to service enhancements

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Insurance, Economics or related field

  • Minimum five years of client facing experience in insurance, employee benefits or HR consulting with responsibility for revenue growth and client retention

  • Proven consultative selling experience with a track record of meeting revenue, retention and margin targets

  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits and of HR consulting areas

  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and with MS Office including Excel and strong process discipline in pipeline management

  • Experience coordinating projects under senior management guidance

  • Professional fluency in English

  • Consultative selling & opportunity identification

  • Client satisfaction & retention management

  • Contract administration and commercial awareness

  • Clear stakeholder communication and negotiation

  • Self-motivated, development-oriented collaboration

What makes you stand out?

  • Master’s degree (MBA, MSc in HR/Insurance/Finance) or equivalent advanced training.

  • Experience with RFP/RFI and proposal preparation, and with cross-selling in multi-disciplinary professional services or brokerage environments
