Job Purpose:
Our Corporate Accounts Sales Leader will be responsible for initiating, coordinating and directing the sales efforts, marketing programs, National/Corporate business opportunities and supporting the Sales organization’s strategy with assigned team(s) and accounts.Job Responsibilities:
● Manage the implementation of National/Corporate sales and marketing programs which will contribute to achieving National/Corporate business, region and local objectives.● Collaborate with Regional Sales Leaders and Field sales teams to drive alignment of sales performance with National/Corporate sales segment strategy.
● Develop the appropriate selling strategies, programs and implementation guidelines for selling and servicing National/Corporate customers within market segment.
● In collaboration with procurement and sourcing organizations, ensure effective execution of and alignment with procurement strategy and preferred segment suppliers.
● Responsible for the ongoing assessment and development of sales team performance to ensure sales resources are aligned with the right customer and market growth opportunities.
● Lead National/Corporate Accounts’ efforts to hire, coach, develop and retain segment sales talent to establish bench strength and ensure the continuous growth and development of the sales team.
● Coordinate and lead team sales meetings on a regular basis to disseminate pertinent market and product information, implement sales training programs, capture sales team feedback and share other company or business-related information.
● Actively participate in key National/Corporate and local customer reviews and maintain a strategic business relationship with key customers to identify and gain growth in account share.

● Position will require approximately 60% travel to customers, suppliers and locations within assigned area.
Corporate Accounts Sales Leader - Healthcare/Pharmaceutical/Medical Device
● Experience growing packaging sales in healthcare, pharma or medical device segments.
Work Experience:
● 5-10 years of related experience of successful management or supervisory experience within a large or national organization strongly preferred.● 5-10 years of related experience of successful supervisory/management experience required to motivate and develop direct reports, as well as size up new talent.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● Ability to work quickly and efficiently.● Basic experience of simple office/operational systems.● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.● Experienced in providing leadership to others regarding work related systems, processes, and challenges.● Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives.● Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).● Strong planning and organization skills are required.Education:
● Bachelor's Degree PreferredPhysical Requirements:
● A significant portion of the job responsibilities will require computer work that involves the continuous use of the fingers, hands, wrists, and sitting for long periods of time.
● The position also requires frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
● The position requires work in an office as well as travel to customers, suppliers, group meetings, etc.
