We are seeking a high-performing Country Sales Lead to join our Australia Team to drive customer acquisitions and revenue growth targets.
Your role will include driving C-level and field relationships with your customer and working in close collaboration with AWS Australia Team. You will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and overall market adoption of the AWS Migration & Modernization solutions, by establishing and growing business and technical relationships
- · The ideal candidate will have both a business background that enables them to engage at the CXO level, as well as a sales background that enables them to manage joint GTM efforts and to easily interact with enterprise customers
- This person should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about ANZ business, product, and technical challenges, as well as build and convey compelling value propositions
- The position also requires a strong technical acumen and familiarity with cloud services
- Execute and implement Minfy’s direct sales activities and Prospects that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in ANZ
- Educate clients on Minfy’s offerings and identify possible scopes of solutions
- Preparing Quotations and responding to proposals with the support of technical solutions teams
- Coordinate with Minfy Pre-Sales teams to get solution details and budgets for respective work-scopes
- Manage contract negotiations involving legal, marketing, and business terms
- Maintain the CRM tool to track the progress and reporting of the sales
- Consult the clients to understand their needs, Coordinate with the internal presales team to deliver solutions and budgets for the work scope · Ensure active and continuously building sales Pipeline for the geography
- Preparing Quotations and responding to proposals with the support of technical solutions teams
- Coordinate with Minfy Pre-Sales teams to get solution details and budgets for respective work-scopes
- Manage contract negotiations involving legal, marketing, and business terms
- Maintain the CRM tool to track the progress and reporting of the sale.
Requirements
- 5 + years of experience in driving direct sales activities for customers in the Australian region
- Experience in positioning and Selling Migration & Modernization Services on AWS
- Close coordination with respective Minfy and partner teams (including AWS)
- Need-based meetings (online and local face-to-face) with clients, Minfy, and its partner teams
- Preferred active work permit in Australia
- Fluent in local language and English
- self-starters, require/expect minimal supervision
- Good coordination skills in a multi-cultural environment, adaptable self-starter · AWS Practitioner Certifications are preferred.
