About Role:

In this role, you'll play a key part in sales team, working alongside a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive sales performance and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.

  • Develop and implement strategic account management plans across key accounts.

  • Support team members in managing their territories and growth strategies.

  • Create business plans around identified opportunities and manage budgets effectively.

  • Monitor and report on distributor channel performance and initiate corrective actions when needed.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Control expenses and ensure alignment with budget forecasts.

  • Stay informed on product developments, competitor activities, and market standards.

  • Execute sales and marketing strategies, including negotiating agreements within policy guidelines.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical advice to customers and colleagues.

  • Represent the company at key local events and gather market intelligence.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders to strengthen market position.

About You:

To be successful you will:

  • Proven experience in sales within healthcare (medical consumables / pharmaceutical) sectors. Wound or Ostomy Care experience preferred

  • Leadership & management experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of Hong Kong’s healthcare landscape

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with HCPs and key opinion leaders

  • Resilient, adaptable, and results-driven personality
