What you'll do:
- Lead daily operations across the vehicle sales team, ensuring smooth logistics, inventory flow, and quality control.
- Work closely with each team member to set, track, and achieve individual performance targets, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement coaching or corrective actions to support team members in reaching their goals.
- Build strong customer and dealer partners relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, promotions, and competitor activity.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automotive sales (3+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with proven success in driving teams to meet individual and collective goals.
- Familiarity with vehicle sales processes, inventory control, and logistics.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team management.
- Willing to work onsite in 4F, Tower 2 Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City
