We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Lead to join our dynamic team, responsible for driving revenue growth for the Te Ao Māori for Professionals (TAMP) product. This exciting role will involve working closely with the Head of Professionals and the Customer Success Manager to execute the sales strategy, build lasting relationships with clients and ensure the product’s success.

As an EPeep within the Te Ao Māori for Professionals team, your work will have a real impact on professionals and organisations across Aotearoa New Zealand, connecting and supporting them on their journey in cultural competency. You will also have the freedom, support and resources you need to develop your skills and grow your career.

What you will do

  • Grow revenue by identifying and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure all data is accurate and up to date
  • Connect with key decision-makers including C-level executives, HR, L&D and strategic partners
  • Arrange product demonstrations for non-purchasing clients, both in-person and virtually
  • Support workshops, roundtables and insight sessions for clients to enhance product usage
  • Lead the handover process for new clients and re-engage previously churned clients
  • Meet targets for new trialling and purchasing clients, as well as revenue goals
  • Contribute to product content development and share market insights with the Product & Content teams
  • Attend and organize networking events, conferences and other opportunities to promote our product

About you

  • Proficiency in te reo Māori me ōna tikanga
  • Proven track record in sales, with experience in meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, particularly with senior executives and strategic partners
  • Confidence in leading a sales teams, with the ability to mentor and support team members
  • Familiarity with the competitive landscape and ability to provide insights to the product team
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to strategize and create go-to-market plans
  • Experience in managing a sales pipeline, forecasting, and ensuring accuracy in data
