What you'll do:
- Sales operations: acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and by developing and nurturing professional relationships
- Business development: develop new business opportunities and partnerships with customers
- Sales standards: identify, formulate and enforce approved Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues
- Performance: lead and develop a high caliber sales acquisition team who are driven to deliver results. Regularly track the performance of his/her team to close deals and build corrective/improving initiatives
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
What we seek:
- Ability to understand and support complex developments and procedures.
- Keen eye for details and ability to fix errors.
- Good communication skills, able to communicate fluently in English
- Meticulous knowledge of integrations and development processes
What you'll need:
- Strong network in Metro Manila and South Luzon on which to rely for expanding the business
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant sales experience in a supervisory capacity
- Must be willing to be based in Tower 2 PITX 1, Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City
