What you'll do:

  • Sales operations: acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and by developing and nurturing professional relationships
  • Business development: develop new business opportunities and partnerships with customers
  • Sales standards: identify, formulate and enforce approved Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues
  • Performance: lead and develop a high caliber sales acquisition team who are driven to deliver results. Regularly track the performance of his/her team to close deals and build corrective/improving initiatives 
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time

What we seek:

  • Ability to understand and support complex developments and procedures.
  • Keen eye for details and ability to fix errors.
  • Good communication skills, able to communicate fluently in English
  • Meticulous knowledge of integrations and development processes

What you'll need:

  • Strong network in Metro Manila and South Luzon on which to rely for expanding the business
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant sales experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Must be willing to be based in Tower 2 PITX 1, Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City
