In our efforts to solidify our market presence, we are currently building a strong sales team, which will cater to our partner drivers who are motivated to earn more. We are particularly looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals to join our sales team and make a difference, have fun and earn.
Key Responsibility:
- The Vehicle Sales Lead will play a key role in overseeing and streamlining the vehicle sales operation. In addition, this role requires a strong focus on guiding team members to meet individual performance targets. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on motivating others and is committed to operational excellence.
- Lead daily operations across the vehicle sales team, ensuring smooth logistics, inventory flow, and quality control.
- Work closely with each team member to set, track, and achieve individual performance targets, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement coaching or corrective actions to support team members in reaching their goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for resolving operational challenges and implementing solutions promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with proven success in driving teams to meet individual and collective goals.
- Familiarity with vehicle sales processes, inventory control, and logistics.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team management.
- Willing to work onsite in 4F, Tower 2 Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City
