Reception, Sales and Boutique Support

  

During the Sales Internship, you will support the KNOKKE Boutique and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations, while maintaining the CHANEL standards of excellent customer service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation and teamwork at all times.

What impact you can create at CHANEL:

The internship focuses on the following

  • Welcoming clients and directing them to available Fashion Advisors

  • Managing clients flow and providing beverage service

  • Supporting sales activities and assisting with product wrapping ceremonies

  • Ensuring the sales floor is well organized and attractively presented

  • Assisting with visual merchandising and the implementation of new collections

  • Maintaining work tools in good order and replenishing supplies on the sales floor

Depending on customer traffic, peak periods, or the absence of a team member, you may be required to support back-of-house or sales floor activities, including:

  • Assisting with stock management (daily merchandise deliveries, cycle counts)

  • Stock optimization

  • Supporting after-sales service

  • Supporting in preparation of client events and gifts

  • Analysis related to boutique activity

Position Requirements:

  • You are trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethics

  • Fluent in Dutch and English

  • Living in or around Knokke and available during the period April to October
