About the RoleWorldly is seeking a Sales Intern to join the Sales team for a 10-week Summer 2026 internship (June 8 – August 14).
This role is designed for someone who wants to get hands-on exposure to a high-performing B2B sales organization and contribute meaningfully from day one. Rather than owning accounts directly, the Sales Intern will focus on making the sales team more effective — identifying inefficiencies, designing improvements, and implementing AI-powered tools and workflows that help the team work smarter.
This is an ideal role for someone who is deeply curious about how modern sales organizations operate, excited by the potential of AI to transform go-to-market workflows, and motivated to drive measurable impact through process and tooling improvements.
What You’ll DoProjects and scope of work may include:
Sales Process Improvement
Audit existing sales workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Design and implement process improvements that reduce friction and increase rep productivity
Document and socialize improved workflows across the sales team
Measure the impact of process changes and iterate based on feedback
AI Integration Across Sales Workflows
Research and evaluate AI tools applicable to sales use cases (e.g., prospecting, outreach personalization, call summarization, pipeline analysis)
Prototype and test AI-powered automations in collaboration with sales leadership
Build lightweight internal resources (playbooks, guides, templates) to enable reps to leverage AI tools effectively
Identify the highest-leverage opportunities to embed AI into recurring sales activities
Sales Team Support
Support sales leadership with ad hoc research, data pulls, and project execution
Help prepare materials for team meetings, QBRs, and internal reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, RevOps, product) on projects that touch the sales team
Participate in team rituals and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
This internship offers the opportunity to:
Gain direct exposure to a modern B2B SaaS sales organization and its operations
Build practical skills in sales process design and workflow optimization
Develop hands-on experience implementing AI tools in a real business context
Strengthen your ability to translate operational problems into structured solutions
Collaborate with experienced sales professionals in a mission-driven technology company
Participate in a structured intern cohort program
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, operations, data science, or a related field
Junior or senior undergraduate standing at minimum, or graduate-level education
Genuine interest in sales, go-to-market strategy, and how high-performing sales teams operate
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or similar) and enthusiasm for applying them to business problems
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Ability to manage projects independently, communicate progress clearly, and incorporate feedback
Comfort working in ambiguous environments where you may need to define the problem before solving it
Prior exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) or sales engagement platforms
Experience with prompt engineering or building AI-assisted workflows
Interest in revenue operations, sales enablement, or B2B go-to-market strategy
Previous internship or project experience in a sales, ops, or strategy context
