Sales Intern (m/f/d)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Intern (m/f/d) to join our team. As a Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to use your interpersonal skills to support and nurture long-term relationships, identify target approaches, conduct market analysis, and generate leads to effectively achieve business objectives and influence the growth of Flix on a global and local scale.

📍 This is a full-time, 6-month-long internship for our Milan office. 

About the Role

• You collaborate with the international sales and marketing teams for the acquisition and development of offline partners (e.g., travel agencies, tourist offices, selling points, and other intermediaries)
• You support effective communication with reseller partners, assisting their day-to-day business needs
• You manage the closing of commercial contracts and the execution of campaigns
• You play a key role in producing competitor and market benchmark research
• You qualify current and scout potential new partners to enhance the Flix portfolio in the Italian market and some other European markets
• You manage CRM to keep data updated
  

About You

• Native-level proficiency in both spoken and written Italian, and fluency in English
• A degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• Any related experience in Sales is a plus, but not required
• Proactive and hands-on approach
• A mindset focused on solutions and a willingness to learn from mistakes to drive continuous improvement
• Strong social, communication, and analytical skills
• Flexibility and openness to a dynamic work environment
• High motivation for achievement and entrepreneurial drive
