General Description:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager
-
The BeiGene Japan sales reps will develop territory strategic & tactical plans and execute those plans to exceed sales goals.

Responsible for providing product information within package insert and assure that HCP understand proper use of BeiGene product.
-
Responsible for completion of all required training and performing daily reports into BeCE system to ensure all sales activities are correctly inputted.

Comply with compliance with applicable BeiGene policies and procedures (e.g., healthcare compliance, adverse event reporting, travel and expense reporting)
Supervisory Responsibilities:
-
Develop territory plan aligned with brand plan and execute tactics.
-
Provide BeiGene’s oncology product’s information within package insert through DTL on targeted physicians in assigned territory.
-
Experience of working with HCPs, clinics and pharmacies and sharing information on efficacy and safety among HCPs as new drugs are adopted.
-
Depending on where the patient resides, the HCP and clinic may need to work together in terms of effectiveness and safety, and experience in linking HCP physicians with clinic physicians.

Assures that healthcare professionals have realistic expectations concerning the use of BeiGene’s oncology products with their patients.

Maintains communication and integrates activities, when appropriate, with BeiGene’s marketing function

Identifies customer changes and ensures, through coordinated communication and planning, that appropriate people and resources are allocated to address the change

Successful completion of all product knowledge coursework, LMS/Compliance Wire assignments
-
Performs all administrative functions required of the position, including reporting call activity and customer information into the appropriate call reporting system in a timely manner, submitting expenses, etc.

Assists in the identification and resolution of issues, opportunities and communicates proactively to marketing and sales management.

Safety information is an important task related to adverse events, and Sales Reps responsible for collecting the information is not only the physician in charge, but also other physicians, pharmacists and nurses who can obtain the information.

PMS confirms the efficacy and safety of marketed drugs and collects information on new effects and side effects not obtained in pre-marketing clinical trials experience with HCP contracts and ability to assist with contracts.

This position requires a B.A. / B.S. with at least previous pharmaceutical sales experience.

Specialist should have 5 plus years of pharmaceutical sales experience

Senior Specialist should have 8 plus years of pharmaceutical sales experience
-
Associate Manager should have 8 plus years of pharmaceutical sales experience & hematology / oncology TA experience

Hematology or Oncology experience is preferred for all job levels.
-
Experience in specialty sales, with an understanding of reimbursement, distribution, various sites of care, IV medications, injectables, orals, etc.
-
Selling skills to make individualized treatment recommendations to patients for concerns that physicians have.
-
Experience of working with influential HCPs and physicians in the region, e.g. universities, cancer centers, etc.
-
Experience in planning, organizing and running Region lectures in their area of responsibility.
-
Familiarity with CRM software
-
Ability to actively engage in developing new business.

Must demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges.

Dedicated to making customer service a priority.

Must have a self-starting, self-managing independent work style.

Adept in build trusted advisor relationships.
Computer Skills: Highly skilled in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Other Qualifications: Expertise in conducting Crucial Conversations and providing the Hematology Sales Representatives with the tools for talking when stakes are high, emotions run strong, and opinions vary.
