As a Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst I, you will be an integral member of our Revenue Operations team, supporting the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs across GTM. You will partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and HR Business Partners to ensure our compensation plans are competitive, equitable, and aligned to our commercial strategy.
What You'll Do
Support the design, modeling, and documentation of sales incentive compensation plans (ICPs) for roles across the GTM organization including AEs, SDRs, CSMs and Sales Management.
Administer monthly and quarterly commission calculations; partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and auditability of all commission payouts.
Maintain and audit data within the company’s incentive compensation management (ICM) platform (Spiff) and flag discrepancies for resolution.
Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly GTM compensation reporting — including attainment summaries, overage/accelerator analysis, and plan cost-to-revenue ratios — for Sales leadership and Finance.
Field and resolve commission-related inquiries from sales reps and managers, escalating complex disputes per defined SLA.
Assist in annual sales compensation plan design cycles: model plan economics, create scenario analyses, and prepare materials for plan launch and rollout.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
1–3 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, sales operations, finance, or a related analytical HR/business function.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, dynamic arrays, data modeling); ability to build clean, audit-ready workbooks.
Demonstrated experience working with compensation data, market surveys, or sales commission/quota data in a professional setting.
High attention to detail and accuracy; comfortable handling large datasets and catching discrepancies.
Ability to communicate complex compensation concepts clearly to non-specialists across Sales, Finance, and HR.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
