- Define and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with business goals and product roadmap
- Own revenue targets, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organisation (inside sales, field sales, partnerships, customer success )
- Drive new customer acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Work closely with founders, product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine go-to-market strategy
