Job Summary

We collect data from people doing physical work. We’re hiring a Head of Enterprise Sales to close partnerships with large businesses across India.

You will work with restaurant chains, hospital groups, factories, laboratories, and construction companies to secure access for data collection across their sites. The job is to help business owners and senior leaders understand the value of partnering with Build AI, negotiate favourable terms, and close agreements. These partnerships should give us access to more workers and workplaces while reducing our cost of collection.

You should be credible in conversations with senior decision-makers and persistent enough to turn those conversations into active partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and close large businesses with relevant physical work across multiple sites

  • Build relationships with founders, owners, senior executives, and operations leaders

  • Develop a clear reason for each business to partner with Build AI

  • Own outreach, meetings, site visits, proposals, negotiations, and closing

  • Close partnerships with restaurant chains, hospital groups, factories, laboratories, and construction companies

  • Negotiate terms that reduce collection costs and support deployment at scale

  • Secure agreement from both central leadership and the local teams responsible for site access

  • Work with operations to make sure signed partnerships become active collection sites

  • Convert successful pilots into agreements covering additional sites and workers

  • Work with legal and operations to agree on permissions, responsibilities, and data collection requirements

  • Track opportunities, decision-makers, next steps, and expected closing dates

  • Build and lead a partnerships team as the business grows

  • Can negotiate commercial terms and move discussions toward a signed agreement

  • Follow through after signing to make sure the partnership starts operating

  • Communicate clearly in English and can travel across India for meetings and site visits

  • Existing relationships with large restaurant chains, hospital groups, manufacturers, laboratories, or construction companies
