We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Graduate to join our Commercial team within our Cummins Generator Technologies (CGT) organisation based in Peterborough, UK. This role is a 2-year rotation to give you a breadth of experience within the Sales and Business Development functions.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Product Marketing: Contribute to business case development, competitive analysis, and go-to-market planning to support both existing and new product introductions.
• Sales Support: Assist the commercial team with quotations, including product selection and pricing for our Stamford and AvK brands.
• Business Development: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives in strategic market segments.
• Commercial Projects: Lead or support initiatives aimed at improving sales processes, pricing tools, and overall commercial efficiency.
• Sales Enablement: Promote CRM adoption by enhancing its usability and providing support to the global sales team to increase productivity.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Qualification: College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Analytical skills: Proficient in Excel and similar tools for data analysis and drawing actionable insights. Comfortable using corporate systems to access and process commercial and technical information
• Project Management Skills - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with strong organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective Communication - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capability to tailor messaging for various audiences and levels within an organization.
