Where You'll Make a Difference
- Support commercial projects and account-related activities for the Sales Scent team.
- Follow up on ongoing customer projects and ensure timely progress of key deliverables.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, agendas and action plans with internal stakeholders.
- Support the preparation and organization of commercial presentations and materials.
- Coordinate sample shipments and related documentation for customers.
- Maintain and update account information and project trackers.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Provide administrative and analytical support for customer-focused initiatives.
- Assist with reporting and data management activities using Microsoft Office tools.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Active university student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Currently between the 3rd and 7th semester of studies.
- Availability to complete a 12-month internship program.
- Advanced written and reading comprehension in English.
- Basic verbal communication skills in English.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, filters, charts and pivot tables.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and effective communication skills.
