All about the role:
You will be a results-driven Sales Expert with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers prospects and driving the implementation of Sales plan.
A Typical Day
- Achieve territory / channel budget (Target) per volume and value to achieve the company sales target.
- Develop and monitor the Journey plans and set all the modification to ensure the efficiency of the (new orders, display, maintain relationship with customers)
- Compliance with the credit policy and utilize the financial facilities to open new customers and retain current ones through credit facilitations.
- Work directly with key customers to meet their needs and close the strategic orders.
- Develop and manage operations and processes within the sales territory / channel to increase sales.
- Follow up with sales operations dept to ensure the successful delivery of the sales order to achieve sales target and customer satisfaction.
- Review sales forecasts and determine productivity requirements to meet the overall sales objectives.
- Determine the appropriate no. of SKUs that customer should deal with to meet the customer profile needs
- Handles all complains with consumer service to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance to ensure targeted customers achievements, traffic, demand
- Ensure the execution of the new product launches to ensure (creation with the customers, new order, put in display)
Who You Are?
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience 8+ years in sales Field.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong communication ability.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
