How you will contribute
You will:

  • Define and develop In store Standards for primary shelf and secondary placement in line with category and brand strategy, adapt it to each retail environment by customer and all supporting rationale and customer stories
  • Lead end to end delivery of displays.
  • Use Mondelēz International harmonized displays & design simplification principles; maintain project documentation & reporting to communicate clear status of projects
  • Perfect Store KPIs tracking and identify distribution opportunities - analysis, action plan and activities execution
  • Provide support with fast track: analyze, calculate, prepare for revision, sign off and monitor priorities and results together with Category Planning and activation
  • Manage all activities in line with budgets agreed

More about this role
Cross Category Sales Revenue Planner manage revenue performance across multiple categories. This role will oversee the IBP cycle, demand forecasting, and track Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives to achieve sustainable growth and profitability. He will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize pricing, trade investments, and portfolio strategies while ensuring alignment with business goals.
What you need to know about this position:

  • Collaborate with Demand planning team in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to ensure cross-functional alignment on revenue targets, demand plans, and supply chain priorities.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews for RGM actions
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing, and supply chain to address gaps and risks in the IBP process.
  • Identify and implement RGM initiatives including pricing optimization, trade promotion effectiveness, and mix improvement.
  • Analyze trade spend and promotional ROI to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Partner with finance to evaluate the profitability of different category.
  • Track revenue performance by category, and channel, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyze external market trends and competitive landscape to inform pricing and product strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.


Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Job specific requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales planning, revenue management, or trade marketing
  • Strong understanding of the IBP cycle, demand forecasting, and revenue growth management principles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
