Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Sales Executives
to drive the growth of our business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HR/payroll
systems) and services The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales
and a proven ability to close deals within the Nigerian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify
and develop new business opportunities for business applications (ERP,
CRM, HR/ Payroll and other solutions)
- Drive
the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Engage
decision-makers (C-level Executives, HR, Finance, IT leaders)
- Conduct
product presentations, demos, and solution-based selling
- Understand
client needs and propose tailored business solutions
- Prepare
and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate
pricing and close high-value deals
- Build
and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Manage
and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Ability
to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Achieve
and exceed assigned revenue targets
- Collaborate
with pre-sales and technical teams for solution delivery
- Prioritizes
high-value opportunities
- Manages
multiple deals simultaneously
- Ensures
consistent follow-ups and deal progression
- Stay
updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Extremely passionate about sales
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 2-5
years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in business
applications or SaaS
- Aggressiveness
and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience
selling ERP, CRM, HR/Payroll, or financial software solutions will be an
added advantage
- Deep
understanding of the Nigerian Business Market
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability
to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Awareness
of industry trends and competitors

to position solutions against alternatives

Excellium Pharmaceutical, Inc. is a U.S.-based pharmaceutical manufacturer operating an FDA‑approved, 53,000 sq. ft. oral solid development and manufacturing facility in Fairfield, NJ. The site holds DEA licenses for Schedule III–V controlled substances and functions as an in‑house oral solid development, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution center; the company holds ANDAs for multiple products and maintains a pipeline of additional candidates.
