Sales Executive – Now Hiring
The Sales Executive serves as a key member on a collaborative team and is responsible for representing, managing, and directing sales for clients by qualifying leads, closing sales and providing sales support. Position is focused on employing consultative selling techniques to understand client needs, challenges and processes to provide effective solutions.
- Business Development: identify prospects, companies, people, titles
- Salesforce updates of contact information, key conversations, meetings, and RFI/RFP activities.
- Establishing appointments, making presentations of Heeter capabilities.
- Active and ongoing prospecting activities including telemarketing, letter writing and e-mail communications.
- Completing follow up to secure business.
- Actively manage current business to maintain and grow existing accounts.
- Work closely and proactively with client services, and assigned representative, to ensure effective communication internally to meet clients’ needs.
- Work requires significant travel to current and potential clients, mostly locally but occasionally nationwide, with a willingness to work a flexible schedule with occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications
- Understand business and marketing within BtoB and BtoC context with previous experience in digital print, off set print.
- Analytical skills with the ability to develop pricing strategy and proposals with the help of Finance and Estimating.
- Demonstrate written and oral communication competency with excellent presentation skills.
- Demonstrate persuasive, firm, well-mannered negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate natural networking.
- Maintain a professional appearance while providing a positive company image.
- Activity: Sitting and working at a computer and using phone communications up to 8 hours per day. Ability to push, pull, lift or carry up to 10 lbs occasionally.
- Visual Acuity: Ability to read and distinguish small print, depth perception, color perception
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED, degree preferred but not required
- 1-2 years outside sales experience in selling print, marketing or digital solutions preferred
