About the Job:
MaxIQ is looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to join our team in Raleigh. In this role, you’ll take qualified leads and turn them into lasting customer relationships. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from discovery to close—partnering with prospects to understand their challenges and demonstrating how MaxIQ delivers measurable value. Responsibilities
• Own and manage the full sales cycle from inbound and outbound leads through discovery, demo, negotiation, and close.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Sales, RevOps, and GTM leadership roles.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand each prospect’s unique challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless buying experience.
• Forecast accurately and maintain up-to-date deal records in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent).
• Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide feedback from the field to help refine messaging, positioning, and product development.
• Stay up to date on sales technology trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a high-velocity or consultative environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving revenue growth.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to communicate value to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling into sales teams, RevOps, or GTM functions.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Solution Selling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Passion for AI, data, and transforming how modern sales teams operate.
