Overview
Manhattan Associates is looking for a Sales Executive based in Australia (Sydney/Melbourne) to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand. This role focuses on selling Manhattan’s Active products, including WMS, MAO, TMS and SCP.
This is a high-impact enterprise sales role suited to someone who can manage multiple opportunities at once, build strong customer relationships, and clearly position the value of SaaS and cloud solutions. You will work across the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation through to deal closure, while partnering closely with internal teams.
What You’ll Be Working On:
· Drive new business and growth opportunities across assigned accounts and target customers
· Sell Manhattan’s Active products, including WMS, MAO, TMS and SCP
· Build, manage and progress a strong pipeline of enterprise SaaS opportunities
· Run multiple concurrent deals with clear forecast discipline
· Position the value of cloud solutions, including migration from on-premise
environments
· Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, partners and internal teams
· Lead opportunities through qualification, solution positioning, negotiation and closure
· Work closely with Solution Consulting, Services, Support, Marketing and leadership teams
· Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity information with clear forecast discipline
· Support market visibility and go-to-market activity across the region
What We’re Looking For:
· 8–10 years of enterprise software sales experience
· Strong SaaS sales experience
· Experience supporting customers moving from on-premise to cloud is preferred
· Proven success in managing multiple concurrent deals
Partner management experience is preferred
· Supply chain domain experience is a plus, but not essential.
· Strong commercial judgement and sales discipline
· Confident communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Ability to work with senior stakeholders and complex buying groups
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
