Job DescriptionThis is a specialist overlay role that will focus on driving growth of Sprinklr’s Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) and Agentic AI solutions across APAC.
The Solution Sales Executive does not carry a traditional account ownership model. Instead, they partner closely with Account Executives and Sales Leaders to identify, shape, and win complex CCaaS and AI opportunities across both existing customers and new logo prospects. Acting as the regional subject matter expert, this individual influences account strategy, drives pipeline creation, and leads solution sales execution for CCaaS and Agentic AI opportunities.
What You'll DoOperate as the Regional CCaaS & Agentic AI Overlay Specialist
- Serve as the dedicated CCaaS and Agentic AI sales specialist across APAC
- Partner with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and progress strategic opportunities
- Influence account planning and growth strategies by bringing deep domain expertise
- Act as the primary sales lead for CCaaS and Agentic AI opportunities while working alongside the core account team
Partner with Core Sales Teams
- Work in close partnership with Account Executives, Regional Sales Leaders, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success teams
- Support a portfolio of strategic accounts rather than owning a standalone territory
- Help account teams uncover new opportunities and accelerate existing sales cycles
- Collaboratively develop and execute winning deal strategies
Drive Pipeline Growth and Deal Execution
- Create and influence pipeline through prospecting, executive engagement, partnerships, and industry networking
- Support both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
- Lead opportunity qualification, business case development, and competitive positioning

- Generative AI use cases across customer experience

Act as the Regional Subject Matter Expert
- Be the trusted internal and external expert for CCaaS and Agentic AI
- Educate sales teams, partners, and customers on Sprinklr's capabilities and market differentiation
