Job Description:
Summary
Responsible for managing all sales activities within an assigned territory, from lead generation through closing. Develops and executes a business plan aligned with personal and organizational objectives to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth. Collaborates closely with sales, escrow, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve long-term account goals consistent with company vision and values. Performs all duties in compliance with Old Republic National Title Insurance Company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients in partnership with escrow officers and management
- Demonstrate openness and willingness to lead and support associate sales efforts at all levels
- Identify, develop, and convert qualified prospects to expand the client base
- Provide consultative leadership to escrow offices and teams to support and grow business as needed
- Participate in regional and divisional collaboration calls, contributing to and, when appropriate, leading sales initiatives
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to assess current and anticipated customer needs and recommend appropriate title products and services
- Prepare annual business plans, reports, and other documentation as required by management
- Collaborate with sales management and the National Marketing team to develop and implement new marketing strategies
- Present title and closing processes, product information, and service demonstrations to clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed client profiles to support effective service delivery
- Conduct post-closing follow-ups to assess service quality and customer satisfaction
- Attend required sales meetings, calls, and training sessions
- Maintain a visible presence in the real estate community by representing the company at industry events, meetings, conventions, and professional organizations
- Monitor and report competitor activity and market conditions to management
- Maintain strict client confidentiality at all times
- Demonstrate a professional, courteous, and business-focused demeanor
- Accept supervision and feedback and work effectively with others
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and complete mandatory compliance training within required timelines

Physical and Mental Demands
- Overnight travel by air or automobile may be required
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to interruptions
- Repetitive and continuous typing required
- Standard work schedule of 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours attendance at company events
- Regular, reliable attendance is required
Sedentary work: The majority of activity in this position involves sedentary work including sitting, standing, walking and the occasional need to lift or move objects.
