About the Role
We're looking for an amazing full-time Sales Executive to sell our AI team member/agent to fitness, wellness, and recreation companies. heyLibby is an AI agent that communicates via phone, text, email, and chat to drive top-line revenue growth and bottom-line efficiency for businesses like gyms, yoga studios, wellness centers, tanning salons, and recreation facilities.

Our AI agent acts as a 24/7 inbound and outbound sales assistant, helping businesses maximize their marketing dollars, capture more leads, reduce churn, and enhance customer engagement. The product is easy to set up and delivers immediate ROI for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the heyLibby AI agent and effectively communicate its value proposition.

  • Take inbound sales meetings, qualify leads, and convert them into customers.

  • Prospect, cold call, and engage local businesses in fitness, wellness, and recreation, introducing them to heyLibby and closing deals.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, using a CRM to track opportunities and progress.

  • Educate prospective customers on how heyLibby improves customer acquisition, retention, and operational efficiency.

  • Work closely with the executive team to refine sales strategies and optimize outreach.

Requirements:

  • Experience selling to customers in fitness, wellness, or recreation is required.

  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of success in outbound and inbound sales.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with business owners and decision-makers.

  • Comfortable with technology and able to explain AI-driven solutions to potential customers.

  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of managing a full-time sales schedule.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary + commissions based on sales performance.
