What you will handle:

  • Identify and acquire new customers for the OMS platform by building a strong sales pipeline and driving new business opportunities with e-commerce sellers.
  • Present and demonstrate the OMS platform to potential clients, understand their business needs, and propose suitable solutions.
  • Manage and track sales opportunities, pipeline, and revenue performance through the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Work closely with the Growth and Product teams to support go-to-market initiatives and improve customer acquisition strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to support long-term business growth.
  • Continuously provide market feedback and insights to improve the product offering and sales process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Experience selling SaaS, e-commerce platforms, or digital solutions is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
