Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales
Prior exposure to chemical sales through trade or distribution channels is preferred
Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory
Willingness to travel with a proactive, go-getter mindset
Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Analytical, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Create quotations or price proposals based on customer requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and other conditions.
- Learn and master product characteristics, functions, and usage.
- Provide customers with suitable product recommendations based on their needs.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure repeat orders.
- Handle basic product-related inquiries or complaints.
- Prepare regular activity reports (CRM, Pipeline, under development, Inventory Control)
- Follow up payment with customers
- Coordinate with the purchasing team regarding product availability.
- Work closely with the logistics team for delivery arrangements.
- Receiving inquiries forwarded from the customer service mobile phone.
- Providing price quotations and helping to coordinate the project.
