We're hiring a Sales Executive to join our Decorative Sales team in El-Minya
In this role you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting Jotun’s range of Decorative products in El-Minya. You utilize Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to build strong, lasting relationships with customers, effectively engage with the market, and respond to both sales and technical inquiries.
This position will report to the Area Sales Manager - Upper Egypt and will work remotely in El Minya governorate.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for introducing, promoting, and selling decorative products within Minya Governorate (Upper Egypt) by conducting regular customer visits to build strong relationships and gather market insights.

  • Coordinate and execute marketing activities and campaigns to effectively promote decorative products and achieve assigned sales targets.

  • Implement sales policies and marketing activities in line with company rules to support business growth, consistency, and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure strong follow-up on collections against assigned targets to maintain healthy company working capital.

  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, deliver high-quality customer service, and handle customer complaints professionally.

  • Create, maintain, and actively use CRM data, coordinate with internal departments for timely delivery and service, respond to market inquiries, and conduct regular area audits with the Supervisor to identify market potential.

Qualifications We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales is a Must.

  • Should be able to communicate in English and Arabic.
