Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Associate Telemarketing professional to join our team. The Associate Telemarketing role involves generating leads, scheduling appointments, and promoting our financial products and services through outbound calls. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to engage potential clients in meaningful discussions about their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's financial products and services.
  • Contact leads and convert them into clients.
  • Identify potential prospects and evaluate their needs based on financial goals and investment interests.
  • Schedule appointments for potential clients to meet with Financial Advisors or Sales Representatives.
  • Provide basic information about financial products and address initial inquiries accurately and professionally.
  • Record client interactions and update contact information in the company’s CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Handle client complaints to ensure a positive experience and foster interest in the company's offerings.
Requirements

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales, preferably in the financial services industry.

Education:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a professional and friendly telephone demeanor.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
  • Knowledge of financial products (e.g., stocks, bonds, trading platforms) is preferred but not mandatory.
