About the Role
Our client designs and delivers premium furniture and fragrances for living, dining, bedroom and ambiance spaces. The company is growing and is building a sales team of people who enjoy selling and want structured training, with clear career progression.
- Generate new sales opportunities through customer engagement, referrals and enquiries.
- Respond promptly to enquiries and give accurate product and pricing information.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up on leads and quotations to convert them into sales.
- Guide customers through the purchase process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Keep accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales and follow-ups.
- Support the Store Manager in meeting sales targets.

RequirementsQualifications & Experience
- BSc, HND or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- Experience in sales, business development, customer service or a related commercial role. Candidates with less experience but strong potential are welcome to apply, given the training provided.
- Experience in lead generation, follow-up and sales conversion is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Customer-focused, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and sales skills.
- Disciplined follow-up and relationship management.
- Commercial awareness and drive to achieve targets.
- Professional conduct and integrity.
Benefits
- Salary: ₦150,000 to ₦180,000 per month (gross), depending on experience.
- Paid annual leave of [15] working days after 12 months' continuous service.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree, HND, or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related commercial role
