About this opportunity
Join the team that turns network plans into live sites. As an Implementation Manager at Ericsson, you will coordinate telecom network rollout and infrastructure deployment, ensuring site activities-including installation, fiber build, and network integration-are delivered on time, to quality standards, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. You will support product and non-product deployments based on Service Function Planning and Engineering designs, tailored to operator and customer needs.
What you will do
Plan and manage site implementation across mobile and fiber programs, meeting project timelines, quality standards, and EHS requirements.
Coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal teams to achieve regional fiber build and OPM delivery KPIs.
Lead planning and scheduling, including materials readiness, resource allocation, and daily or weekly execution control.
Inspect sites, verify build quality, and enforce EHS compliance.
Track patching, cable pulling, and fiber splicing; ensure accurate as-built documentation and BOM verification.
Assess risks, escalate contractor delays, and drive recovery actions with clear owners and due dates.
Maintain implementation trackers and accurate contractor updates; report status through slides, dashboards, USP Fiber Progress, and formal forums such as MCMC SWG meetings.
Manage inventory databases and as-built documentation, and oversee deployment acceptance.
Coordinate deployment testing as needed, including performance and user acceptance testing support.
Submit change requests, support change analysis, and protect release package integrity during deployment.
Oversee new or enhanced interconnection route deployments and support configuration and change management.
