ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will be based in the new and thriving Malta Office. We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive. This role will consist of 10% Account Manager and 90% Sales and Business Development .
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1+ years of sales experience in a high-volume, fast paced sales role
- Experience cold calling and lead generation essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- The drive and ambition to succeed within the payments industry
- Strong closing skills
- Experience with full sales cycle
- Experience working on RFPs is beneficial
- Right to work within the Malta
- Must be self-motivated and able to self-manage.
- Top candidates will demonstrate the ability to self-generate a pipeline and close new business, consistently exceeding targets.
- Top performers are highly organised and able to prioritise tasks to maximise productivity.
- We are looking an ambitious individual who is eager to work hard and make a significant impact on the team and the business.
- Have a track record of grit, determination and resourcefulness
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office package
- University degree in Business/Sales/Management – preferred but not mandatory.
Your day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- New business cold calling
- Manage and build relationships with senior business leaders
- Liaising with potential customers on their payments requirements
- Assisting customers with queries
- Source and maintain partner relationships
- Push expansion into Malta and wider Europe for partnership and new business.
